Hi, I’m Nina — founder of Creative Currency Club.
I’ve spent my career in rooms where big decisions get made. As a strategy consultant advising Fortune 100 executives and later leading industry partnerships at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, I had a front-row seat to how the most successful people think about value, money, and opportunity. And the whole time, I kept asking myself the same question: why do we wait until adulthood to teach kids any of this — and why do only some kids ever get the chance to learn it at all?
That question is what drives me. Generation after generation, too many children are born into cycles of financial hardship — not because they aren’t smart enough, or hardworking enough, but because they never had access to the knowledge, the tools, or the opportunities that could have changed their trajectory. I’ve seen what’s possible when people understand how money works and how to create value. I’ve also seen what’s lost when they don’t. That inequity is something I cannot sit with quietly.
Creative Currency Club is my response to it. I built this program as a social entrepreneur — someone who believes business can be a vehicle for real change. My goal is simple: to give the next generation, especially those who haven’t had every advantage, a genuine shot at financial confidence and economic independence. The push to build something of their own. Not from a textbook. In a way that honors who each child already is and what they’re naturally capable of building.
